NCBM Disaster Relief had a unique opportunity to combine all 3 mobile kitchens at one site in Baytown, Texas. (Note picture above). The mass feeding operation closed October 15 with Region 6 being the last team for this portion of the response effort.
The majority of the work for Recovery teams in Baytown was tree debris removal. In Vidor, tear-out work was the biggest need.
Admin., Assessment, Chaplaincy, and Shower/Laundry teams were a great support in Texas.
