HOW TO RESERVE A PROJECT |
- Check the list of currently available opportunities by clicking on “Opportunities to Serve” on the right hand menu.
- “Reserve” the project you want by clicking the “Sign In” or “Reserve”(if you are already signed in) button at the bottom of the desired project page. You will receive step-by-step instructions. Please sign up for only one project at a time.
- Projects will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Realize, though, that more than one person or group may “reserve” a project before the Project Manager is able to review and give approval. The Project Manager will contact you via phone or e-mail to let you know the status of the project.
- Once approval is given, the team leader will receive contact information to the Director of Grifton Mission Ministries via phone or email. The team leader will have one week to contact the Director to secure the project.
- Once a project is assigned, each team member will need to sign in to the web site and “reserve” the approved project. This will create the team list. (This step may also be accomplished by the team leader adding each member’s information.)
- Each team will work out its own travel arrangements.
