OTHER NEEDS

We are approximately $15,000 from the completion of raising funds for the RYE Foundation Caraway Staff House. We have received contributions to name the house, game room, both Assistant Director rooms, staff lounge and camp office. We still have naming rights to the first aid room and the director's apartment. The block for the basement has been donated and will be delivered soon. The septic system has been installed. Some clearing of ground and underbrush where the house will be located has been completed also. We will set a groundbreaking soon; we just need the additional $15,000.00 on hand to do so.

The basement of the house will be 1,740 sq. ft. and the ground floor will be 2,100 given us a total of usable space of 3,840 sq. ft. This will give us growing space for future expansions within the house.

We are looking for donations of time: (backhoe operator to dig out the basement, brick masons to lay basement and foundation, carpenters to put the house in the dry, etc.), materials: (lumber, sinks, toilets, showers, shingles, etc.). If you know of someone that can help us meet these needs, please let Tom Beam know. This will allow us to use the funds on hand for items not donated and for any cost overruns.
